ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

In ancient Greece and Rome people did not use twigs to make tools instead they used a machine called a lathe to shape wood into sticks. This also covers the fact that having to go de-leaf a forest is annoying. Lathes before the Industrial Age were made of wood,sticks, and string.

The sticks you get from trees are not entire branches, most tools use 1 ingot so how would you fit an entire branch into that small of a space.

I think the best wood for Apiaries is Cedar, I believe bugs do not eat it.

People don't make tools out of manganese they instead make Strong tools out of Manganese Steel to strengthen it.

Aluminum was discovered in the 1800s but there is a very expensive way to refine it using Alkaki metals such as Potassium and sodium. Becuase of that and it being thought to not corrode it was thought of as a Noble Metal. But No it should not be added. And TFC's timeline stops before the 1500s it ends around the 1100s.

I think we should move although I realized that that Otium is easily raidable by people with Ender Pearls
