ATTENTION Forum Database Breach 03/04/2019
There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again. -

I agree. There should be a huge variety though, pikes (3x reach), glaive (slashing spear), mace and chain (very low damage but negates armor 90% for that hit and next hit with another weapon), and all those... don't make me pull up all three Mount & Blades to look up everything lol. I would like the stamina bar though, and a complete GUI overhual. Tempering metal would be an awesome feature to increase speed or damage. Varieties of armor need to be added such as light armor (red steel chainmail) giving us room for things like encumbrance, especially a weight based inventory.

Normal animals are fine, and the wolves are actually scary now. Zombies and creepers, gotta go, not real. Spiders need to be downsized and nerfed, blue spiders need to spawn like normal spiders. Lol great excuse to get rid of skeletons and creepers though, I'm in. No glowing ore, not even cinnabar, in fact caves should be darker.

I agree but the clean weather mod... think about it. It's mechanics can make thinks like sandstorms possible. An overlay and random damage is good enough, I don't expect blocks to move. Also the snow can be blinding.

Yes, I'm thinking of more... It may not become few after a while lol.I agree with chimney, and biomes somewhat. Mostly in that there need to be more and more interesting/diverse. But chimney is certainly good idea.

Yes to all. Instead of sand being harder to dig, the 8 or 4 blocks (and only them, no other updates) surrounding it decrease their size and fill in the hole.

Amazing idea bro! Something to add to part 5 though... if you put water in it the bucket may crack leaving you with scrap (just to be annoying or reused). You must let it cool a bit before adding water (boo physics ), I wouldn't make it too low that it's nearly obsolete, which is almost realistic.

Well the forge can have a side vent right? One bend in it. If you make a forge outside and it's temporary and just sits there, you normally would put a block above the chimney with an air pocket open to the world, that's all it is.

I have quite a few so, I really don't expect all of these to work. Some things others may have suggested, if so I support them completely.

When I right click on my forge it does nothing. There is nothing wrong the way it is placed. It is about 4 blocks underground and has a chimney coming up right over it, so it doesn't bend, then it has an overhanging block to shield it from rain and to keep me from getting raped my monsters. It burnt out long ago... it has nothing in it, but I don't really want to waste 9 charcoal before I move.

I like this, but crafting table should be 3 planks and 1 leather and javelin should be 1 rock, 1 stick, and 1 string, and string needs to be easier to get. This will make it harder but not too hard. And you should get meat from killing with javelins... that's silly. Unless you take the extra steck of harvesting the carcass.
