Two small bugs/glitches

When animal eats on grass that grows on natural clay block, it turns that block into regular (not vanilla, normal for that biome) dirt.

Also, Fruit tree leaf decay mechanics are wonky, sometimes if you break a leaf block adjacent to one that isn't connected directly to stem/branch, the unconnected leaf block disappears even though it's connected to several other leaf blocks that are supported by branches directly. The disappearing block does not drop fruit.

I am sorry if these are reported already, did not find them anywhere.

I may edit this post in future if I find other glitches.

And the second bug is new, but fruit trees have lots of bugs...

Fruit tree leaf decay mechanics are wonky

I noticed that if you break the central trunk where the branches begin, it instantly respawns four new branches and the trunk. I assume it is supposed to do this after a few days/weeks, not instantly, but I don't know what exactly is intended for fruit trees. As it stands, you can break the four branches to get saplings, break the trunk, and rinse and repeat a couple more times before it stops working for some reason.
