      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Got the board, chip, and RAM!

I took off the case and found the power supply. Thank you very much Sda and trancengopher for helping me. The power supply is AC 120/230 V ( 50/60 Hz ) 300.0 Watt.

I don't think i need the reaction time thing for the monitor. The thing I am wondering about though, is what would be the best GPU I could get with the current CPU i have that wont bottleneck? I will, however, make an upgrade to the CPU if I have to.

I don't know about bottlenecks that much, honestly. And of course different tasks make different impacts. True bottleneck happens when you, for example, plug USB3.0 device in USB1.1 slot, all other effects are like WV Beetle with 75mm M3 L/40 attached to it - it's weird, but it's working.

I guess, you can - again - look at prebuilt solutions and get one step better GPU than they are using. I'm assuming those guys know how to build computers after all. About one step better - there are sites on the internet about GPU comparisons, or you can tell me starting point and I will be able to tell severall variants of what can be considered "one step better".

Me and my dad are considering te SSD option.

However, for now I've gotten the board, chip, and RAM. Picture in OP.

Also, my graphics card option is probably now an Asus Radeon 7850 2048mb VRAM because it looks like the best for its money.

When buying an SSD, make sure it is a quality one. The horror stories you hear about SSDs do exist; they're the ones from the bargain vendors.
