How do I refill my thirst bar in the beginning?

What are all the statistics under the meals?

Go to a high place and swan dive into any block of water.

Eighteen minutes (hours in MC time intervals).

Is there a way to move water source blocks before the endish game?

Unless you count moving finite water blocks, no (for believability reasons).

Nope. The devs* from time to time jump in some thread, make a loooooooooooong post about something they have in mind, and let us to dream and wonder how TFC will be when that happens. And then they* say that's not necesarily confirmed... it's somehow cruel if you think 'bout it.

*note: mostly Dunk : in fact, i wonder if Bioxx ever did something like that...

How do I refill my thirst bar in the beginning?

I usually carry around a wooden bucket with water in it. When I get thirsty I dig a one-block hole in the ground, empty the water into it, jump in the hole, climb back out, then scoop the water back into the bucket. It's a bit of a hassle but has the nice advantage that the water in the bucket is infinite so I only need to carry one.
