Yeah i had a hard time finding starter ores specially on higher ground i found my first sphalerite after 2h + of play but it just spawns on lower grounds, specially on deserts i've found tin many times on various worlds you can try that and see how it goes

Aka backpacks. I thinks the nerf might have had sense if he just cutted out the stacks to 16 and leaving all the vanella slots or leaving the stacks alone (64 items) and take out the slots but really i think both options are just exesive. And yeah i'm going to use the backpack mod because i think the chests right now are very unbalanced

Hello TFCrafters i'm a fairly new to this mod, i've read the wiki and saw thous video guides from Crysyn that helped me out with my first steps and now i want to get serious on one map because i've been just goofing around and testeing the new stuff and learning how to do things right, tho the only thing i just can't get right is how to find ores to start going and got my self some questions like: Is Casiterite (tin) the only starter ore around ? can i go with copper right away when i don't find a tier0 ore? How can i melt it with a fireplace? I'm in a rock layer where zinc is supouse to be avalible and no matter how much i try to look for it i won't find a single vein even with the propick nor if i go and make a quarry blindly and start digging ramdomly because i don't know what else to do? Is zinc avalible in the world? Is it worth it? Should i forget that biome and move to another till i find some substitute for it? I belive this questions are going be on every new TFCrafter so i figure to make thous in here and let the comunity help us new commers and others with what you've learnd so far by sharing whatever you know that will help. And if you're one of me feel free to post here your question and wait for an answer, i hope that you can find your answers as much as i want to find mines. Thank you very much and happy mining!!! Hello i want to say this new update is really nice i like it a lot, i have tested a little bit of it and the only thing that i see missing is a way to make bricks i don't know the new recipe and i can't make bloomeries to keep progressing so if anyone can help i'll be a very happy terrafirmacrafter Thanks. I know it used to be cobblestone + chissel but now that there's no cobblestone you can't make them that way anymore since you unly get rocks from mining stones so i guess there's another way around that... i don't like 2 and 3 but 1 could get intersting needing more water while in hot caves or hot seasons and such we can make smoothies then
