Why would you like to join?: I haven't played Terrafirmacraft in a long time, and I'm looking for a vanilla server to derust myself on.

 
What previous experience do you have with TerraFirmaCraft and Minecraft in general?: I've played Terrafirmacraft  for 2 years, since just before stone pickaxes were removed, up until TFC Build 77. I've been playing Minecraft since the Beta 1.8.1 update.

Any additional information that would help your case: I've played on a few previous servers on older TFC versions, and I've never been banned.

I don't understand why people are complaining about the clay bottleneck. You need to find clay anyway to make metal moulds. This just fleshes clay out more.

When TFC 2 is released, could we possibly see major add ons for the original TFC?

Does that mean no RPG-style weight limits in the near future?

Can we just have a pit with some hay in it? Free food!

For the early game I would like a non-metal tool that can destroy cobblestone, and cobblestone only. I hate it when a griefer leaves cobble all over your hovel.

Will the NPCs recognise player villages in SMP (the block protection levels might come in handy here) and treat them as another village?

Treading on better than wolves shoes is not a good idea. Also, ideas for steam power were revealed by dunk a while back, though it's all speculation. However, automated screw pumps and millstones would be a bonus (aqueducts for the win).

I would love to see an experiment table, which is used for throwing a few ingredients together and recording results, with some nasty side effects (for instance, exploding).Having to slowly discovering and acquiring elements and technology to create useful gadgets would be amazing (the discovery of the steam engine, for example).

A well made tool doesn't need string if you carve the hole in the head of the tool right (so that it narrows up to the top). Tying a head on with a piece of string is very unstable, as the string is likely to snap (or make the head move out of place).

Shh, don't let dunk hear you. No plugins until the game is out of beta. (do it anyway and link us to it, this seems like an awesome idea) You should definitely let the player join a village (or start one even) and have a profession, it would be nice. Getting them to build structures without a frame (no preset shape) would be amazing, as I kinda hate how every Millenere structure is exactly the same all over the world.

The stone pickaxes weren't completely removed from the mod. There is no way to get a stone pickaxe head legitimately.

How common will grain stealing rats be? And how do they steal grain out of chests (unless awesome grain piles become real)? Also, there may be problems with rats as they would multiply quickly with an abundance of unguarded grain, causing lag.

That would mean we would need higher tier metal chisels to build pretty statues out of lower ones. Red steel chisels would be nice for making a black steel statue.

If the mob AI becomes better, these might be useful. Until they actually run away from the player, there is not much point of traps. Also, snares.

Screw pumps would be nice so I can make working aqueducts.

Make bird cages for a bonus!

Ingots have to be very close to melting point in ingot form to weld them. Otherwise, it won't work.

Selling blueprints on a server? Epic win.
