      ATTENTION Forum Database Breach   03/04/2019

      There has been a breach of our database. Please make sure you change your password (use a password manager, like Lastpass).
      If you used this password anywhere else, change that too! The passwords themselves are stored hashed, but may old accounts still had old, insecure (by today's standards) hashes from back when they where created. This means they can be "cracked" more easily. Other leaked information includes: email, IP, account name.
      I'm trying my best to find out more and keep everyone up to date. Discord (http://invite.gg/TerraFirmaCraft) is the best option for up to date news and questions. I'm sorry for this, but the damage has been done. All I can do is try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

that a world gen issue. to fix it, the world needs to be reset...

 

unstable? ;) went down yesterday and just checked, still not back

 

its been up now for days... hopefully it doesnt do that again. the restarts every 6 hours should prevent it.

If I read this right you're going to reset the world so we will all start from scratch, yes?How about we all try to make a big town/city together?  Maybe use this forum (or someone sets something else up) to discuss/propose ideas/suggestions?

Don't count on me, i've experienced too many griefing assaults where towns are settled and also experienced too many annoying people, the kind who settles in your house, consume and use your stuff, and make disorder around to stay in a place with more people.. :) especially if that place is too near the spawn point

If we're talking about co-operating in this kind of venture it can only be run on the communist ideal - there is no "my" only "our"...

If you create a village with more buildings, everyone built from a different person, then those house buildings are different properties and must be treated in that way, only a common house/base respond to the "communism" rules in fact, common rules of education and respect establish that every private property must be treated in a respectful way, thing that is not happened that time.. and to prevent that as i always do, i will journey to a random direction very far away where i can experience the best survival and technological development possible :)

server is coming down. im going to rebuild it, then its going to be up and down for a bit until we get a nice starting seed. if you want to check them out, i can always leave each one up for a while untill we find one we really like.

deleting things is taking a while.... we are going to be on forge 9.10.1.871 as well. and animal spawns will actually work too.

 

still rebuilding server, which will hopefully fix the freak lag issues.

server is back up on tfc 77.21, forge 9.10.1.871, mc 1.6.2, and smartmoving and player api

I don't understand the chickens/roosts  red bug, they say that breeding is disabled until roosts are implemented, but they are implemented now, right?

I'm definately for a community place as well. We just have to agree that people can claim plots and no one else is allowed to grief this place.

I find it rather bad that everyone was scattered around the world and you actually couldn't see what everyone was up to.

 

Oh and luckily there goes my black iron that for some magic reasons duplicated itself, so i ended up with several piles of it :) (still not sure if this was caused by server sync [lag] or a bug with TFC)

 

Edit: Server seems down again

i will try to restart it whenever i see it go down. otherwise it auto restarts every 6 hours
